How your data is handled
This page explains what is collected, why it is needed, how long it is kept and which rights you can exercise over the information held about you.
Everything on this page
What is collected
- Registration details: email, name, date of birth, country and currency.
- Verification data: an identity document and a face check through the review provider.
- Transaction data: method, amounts and the history of payments in and out.
- Technical data: IP address, device, browser and server logs.
Why it is processed
To create and run the account, execute transactions, prevent fraud, meet record keeping duties and support you when something goes wrong.
Marketing messages
Promotional contact only happens if you opted in, and it stops whenever you ask, without affecting the account itself.
Who it is shared with
Payment providers, the verification provider and technical partners that host or support the platform, strictly to the extent the service requires. Data is not sold to third parties.
International transfers
Part of the infrastructure and some providers sit outside your country of residence. In those cases transfers rely on contractual safeguards and cover only what the service needs.
How long it is kept
Account and transaction records are held while the account is active and for the period record keeping duties require. After that they are deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and a copy of your data. Requests go to [email protected].
Keeping data secure
Data in transit is encrypted with TLS and access to systems is limited to authorised staff. See also the cookie policy, or return to the home page.
