Terms and conditions
These terms govern the use of the platform, the account and every offer on it. Read them before registering, because using the service counts as accepting them.

Accepting these terms
By registering and using the platform you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If any part of them does not work for you, do not use the service.
Terms may be updated. The version published on this page is the one in force.
Your account
One account per person, opened with true details and funded by a payment method in your own name. The account is personal and cannot be transferred or sold.
Keeping it safe
You are responsible for the password. Two factor entry is strongly recommended, and any activity carried out through a correctly authenticated session is treated as yours.
Payments and balances
Transactions run in euro through the methods the cashier shows for the country on the account. A payout requires completed verification.
Casino, sports and Coins balances are kept separately and are not transferred between each other.
Bonuses and their conditions
Every offer carries its own conditions, published on the page of that offer and applying exactly as written there. Activating an offer means accepting those conditions.
Abuse of promotions, such as multiple accounts or coordinated play across profiles, voids the bonus and anything won from it.
Use that is not allowed
- Access by anyone under the age limit.
- False details, duplicate accounts or playing on someone else’s profile.
- Automated tools, or exploiting a technical fault instead of reporting it.
- Access from a territory where the service is not offered.
Complaints and disputes
A complaint starts with support. Send a description, the date and time of the event and anything that evidences it, and you receive a reference number to follow the case.
If the answer does not settle it, ask for escalation to a senior review. Round and transaction logs are retained and form the basis of that review.
A technical fault that affects a round or a transaction is corrected from the system records, whether the fault ran in the player’s favour or against it.
Liability and governing law
The platform is provided as it is. We are not liable for network interruptions, payment provider failures or loss arising from use that breaks these terms.
